The company name may be in Chinese only, English only, or both Chinese and English.

A copy of the shareholder's ID card (mainland China residents), Home Return Permit (Hong Kong residents) or passport (non-mainland China residents) and address. If the shareholder is a corporate body, please provide its certificate of incorporation and registered address.

A copy of the director's ID card (mainland China residents), Home Return Permit (Hong Kong residents) or passport (non-mainland China residents) and address. If the director is a corporate body, please provide its certificate of incorporation and registered address.

Company Secretary Details
A copy of the company secretary's ID card and address (if you do not use our company secretary service). If the secretary is a corporate body, please provide its certificate of incorporation and registered address.

Registered Address
Required if you do not use our registered address service.

Authorised Capital
The company's authorised capital, issued share capital and share allocation ratio. Unless otherwise specified, the company's registered capital is RMB 100,000.
